The good news is that you can find a great option at your local grocery store. Some delicious cream cheese alternatives are:
- Trader Joe's Vegan Cream Cheese - This is probably my favorite dairy-free cream cheese although the consistency isn't the best.

Sadly, no, they do not serve any vegan cream cheese options.
Can I buy Einstein Bagels from a grocery store?
Einstein Bagels has a Take & Toast line that is stored in the freezer to stay fresh. These bagels can be found in Walmart or can be delivered through Amazon Fresh.
Are there any vegan desserts at Einstein Bagels?
Unfortunately, no there are not any vegan sweet treats at this time.
Does the Garden Veggie Shmear contain non-vegan ingredients?
Yes, sadly it does. It is made from regular cream cheese.
Is there a whole grain bagel option?
The Ancient Grain is a multigrain bagel that contains amaranth, chia seeds, quinoa, flax and more.
Does their Chocolate Chip bagel contain dairy-free chocolate chips?
The chocolate chip bagel contains wheat and soy, but not any dairy. They must use vegan chocolate chips!
There is a good amount vegan items to choose from at Einstein Bagels. They have many vegan-friendly bagels on their menu and some veggies and avocado to add to them as well.
