Easy Vegan Pumpkin Bread with Raisins

This moist pumpkin bread is easy to make and only requires 1 bowl.  It's an easy recipe that uses simple ingredients and doesn't take long to put together.  It tastes amazing and is a perfect snack.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt.

Add in the vegetable oil, water, oil and pumpkin puree.

Fold the raisins into the pumpkin bread batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.  Bake for around 55 minutes.

Let pumpkin bread rest in the pan before letting it cool completely on a wire rack.
