Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are quick to make and only require 1 bowl. They are made with simple ingredients and have the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate.

First, gather all of your ingredients.

Next, cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.

Then, mix in the dairy-free milk, vanilla extract, flour and baking soda.

Stir in the dairy-free chocolate chips.

Roll the dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet.  Use a fork to gently press down on them.

Bake for 11 minutes and then cool cookies on a wire rack.
